1: SETUP DAY - will be Thursday 1st of October after 5:30Pm until late. Expo location is the same as last year ie: Woodend Buffalo Indoor Sports Stadium. 1-29 Forest Street, Woodend. Vic. 3442. Both the Main stadium area as well as the adjacent conference room (heated) will be available. Woodend is approximately 40-50 minutes comfortable driving along the Calder Freeway heading north from Melbourne.
2: All EXHIBITORS - All tables and chairs should arrive on site at the stadium around 4:00 Pm and will be setup inside as per our ground plan. On your arrival after 5:30 Pm, you will be shown where your allocated display table/s are and you may commence your setup. If you require assistance, please see the Exhibition Manager, Miss Jesse Bree.
3: EXHIBITION VENDORS - If you plan on selling any items at the expo, it will be your responsibility to provide for either cash transactions or electronic EFTPOS. Mobile internet has been upgraded to 5G Service and will provide good data speeds for POS Hardware such as SQUARE etc.
4: PACKUP TIMES - will be on Sunday 4th of October after the event closes at 5:00Pm.
5: CATERING - will be available for the entire event via several high quality food vendors (Vans and Trucks) outside near the main entrance.
6. ACCOMMODATION - Many Exhibitors will be coming from both interstate and international locations and will require accommodation for Thursday 1st October through to Sunday 4th of October. Macedon Ranges is a very popular tourist destination and as such, has a very extensive Bed and Breakfast accommodation network capable of hosting thousands of visitors. It is highly recommended that you inquire and book any required accommodation as soon as possible if needed. The best place to start is here:
